Picked up my copy of the 'Programmed' LP today.... This is going to throw a lot of people. Have only listen to it fully once, and then picked out what I feel to be the stronger tracks. Sounds in parts a lot like 'More songs about...' as you would expect, but everything sounds a lot more polished and jazzy of course. The cover of 'At Les' is stunning... takes all the flavor of the orginal, but turns it around into a full on jazz classic, this is the one doing it for me at present.. the other side of this 10" is 'Blakula' which i think is the most "Techno" tune on the LP... and has also had several rewinds.... Carl Craig has created a (nother) master piece. The best thing I have heard this year. Expect a full review once I have fully digested it. Oh and the the limited edition 5x10" set comes with a Innerzone Orchestra calender to mark down all your IDM related dates!. xxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx Innerzone Orchestra - "Programmed" (Talkin' Loud/Planet E) A1.
