It's pretty much the same story. There's about 2 or 3 great tracks, a bundle of pretty ok tracks, and then a considerable amount of wanky rubbish. It's hard for me to say whether you should buy it or not. I feel a bit cheated that there's quite a bit of noisey nonsense on there, but at the same time the standout tracks, like the first few, or My Sound, are so good it's hard to dismiss it. While I'm here I'd also like a track ID please. A couple of months ago (a couple of weeks before the Budakhan Mindphone release) I heard a great Squarepusher track that I haven't heard anywhere else. I only have the DJs word that it was Squarepusher, but it definitely had his unmistakeable new style. It was more drum'n'bass-ish, with a couple of rewinds in the middle of the track. The most noticeable thing though was the quickfire mc-ing on it. What is this track, and why the hell wasn't it included on any of his recent releases? If anyone requests, I'll make a realaudio copy available (it'll be shit quality though). Eddie > That's pretty much exactly how I feel about Jenkinson's latest, Budakhan > Mindphone.
