I would say yes and no. Part of the music + texture is playing the = effects when recording; I would never leave my repeating, flanging or = sweeping of a phaser up to another engineer so they get it right. If = you=E2=80=99re multi tracking 8-24 channels you can generally save a few = tracks for FX returns while you=E2=80=99re printing.
