Ummm pretty short review of STERILE 001. 1. I was right- NO SHAD T SCOTT 2. Small hole in the wall place in Costa Miserable, awesome 3. Some Dude from the Ramones stole Alex Graham's computer, set it up on the loft. Laid down and slapped the space bar. Then some foolio in the crowd shouts out "Who's this guy think he is, Aphex Twin?" geee just cuz the dude is laying down and in front of the computer does't make you RDJ- who'd wanna be RDJ anyway, that dude is crazy. So this dude from Ramones kept pretending to be Lexaunculpt and Lexaunculpt had to work the door and charge $ for the people to get in. Weird, but hey anyone can hit the spacebar make the computer play! It was silly in a good IDM'ey way. Especially to hear newbies in the crowd think that Ramones dude was Alex himself. 4. I drank plenty of beer and acted like an idiot 5. I talked to Gonzi and we established that the next IDM related record label to come out of Orange County, CA is required to be named NECTARINE or some other citrus fruit. 6. Kid606 is now known as Kid808, just in case you didn't know he'll be at the next STERILE002 tons of fun. LEXAUNCULPT plays again tomorrow across the street from last nites gig at the LAB for the last Nightnoise.
