noton for the most part is a sublabel of rastermusic.  The releases are
very experimental in nature.  They challenge the listener and make them
question what constitutes music.  The items I have heard are very
mininimal and almost non existant.  I think it is quite good but it is a
definite listen before you buy kind of thing.
