Of the Vinyl Communications stuff, I thought the Kid 606 - "Don't Sweat
the Technics" full length blew the Omnibot/Kid606 split out of the
water... one of the most enjoyable fully electronic discs I've heard in
quite some time (maybe someday I'll post a review). The Lesser - Welcome
to the American Experience disc is really, really nice as well...
I thought the Omnibot/Kid606 had a little too much testosterone... worth
the $4 it costs though.

I'll also second someone's recommendation of Electric Company - Studio
City. Phenomenal album.

But all this stuff is pretty tame - there are worlds of noisy as fuck
electronic music that rarely if ever get talked about here. Some other
recommendations:
The Ant-Zen label - ie Imminent Starvation (stupid name, decent music),
PAL (highly recommended), Noisex, tons of others - nothing I've heard on
that label has been anything less than great, but you must enjoy the sound
of metal being destroyed in 4/4.
Chrome folks - panacea and techno animal are both well worth your
time, especially Techno Animal's "Demonoid" 12" on Grand Royal. Might
want to avoid early Techno Animal however...
Alec Empire - "the peak" is a must hear
  V/Vm is excellent
DJ Spooky - "Synthetic Fury" is astoundingly good
later Third Eye Foundation releases (early ones are noisy but in a
much more shoegazery way - all are excellent if you're into that type of
thing)
Muslimgauze - Jaal Ab Dullah; maybe Syrinja although it's not as
militantly noisy. I've heard Farouk Engineer is pretty brutal too, but I
don't know for myself

There are many others who escape me right now...
