Yes, they are really great organs. Worth the 400 mile round trip - I =
just bought it - thanks for the heads-up, Steve!

Subject: [AH] Heads-up[London, UK]: almost free Godwin mega =
organ/synth/stringer

Spotted this on eBay UK - a Godwin SC600 organ/synth/stringer/drum =
machine being effectively given away!

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/142644203659?ul_noapp=3Dtrue

Looks like grandma's organ but hides a Godwin string machine and a =
digital monosynth with SSM2040 filter and aftertouch.

Only snag is that you have to collect it real fast...and have space for =
it in the first place. I don't!

It'd be a tragedy for it to be scrapped. Peter Forrest is a fan and can =
no doubt extol its virtues better than me. Here is his writeup from a =
previous VEMIA (IIRC that particular unit was sadly destroyed in =
transit):

It would be great if somebody could save it. BTW, I have no association =
with the auction at all.

Cheers,

Steve L.
