You know i'm very suprised that the Kromode
FILE 01 release didnt get much attention on this
list. Firstly because it is a very unique format for
music to be listened/viewed/released in but most
of all for the quality music contained therein.

FILE 01 contains four previously unreleased
tracks by Bochum Welt, Kim Cascone, Andy,
and Masanori Ajioka. Bochum Welt's track
on FILE 01 is probably my favorite BW track
to date and the Kim Cascone track is an
excellent subtle electronica gem. The Andy
track is a very retro-sounding electro cut and
the Masanori Ajioka track is a lively house-
flavored affair.

For more info & RA previews of FILE 01 check:

FILE 01 might be a glimpse at how the music
of the future will be presented & distributed.
Check it out.
