From the photos that Chase Smith posted, they used 4558 op amps
throughout, as in the original. I'm not sure how much sonic
difference that makes, but it shows that they resisted the
temptation to "upgrade". The 4558 is a crummy op amp by today's
standards, not anyone's default choice.

Yes. Sync, VCO -> VCO FM and PWM. The latter is not hard to add
to an MS-20 though, even I managed it.
