Friends,
I think it's time for me to make the leap from bedroom DJ to bedroom
producer. I'm looking for a sampler that I can keep expanding and
growing with. I have my eyes on the Akai MPC-2000.
Any reviews? Any other sampler in the same price range (~$1,300) with
similar features I should look into? I basically need a good sampler
with a powerful sequencer. I'm also debating where to store the samples.
Floppies aren't my favorite. Is it possible to replace the floppy drive
with a hard disk/zip drive. Any and all leads gladly welcomed.
