Raymond Scott's "Soothing Sounds For Baby" is a truly amazing set of recordings
which I HIGHLY recommend. He designed and constructed his own instruments,
a-la Oscar Sala, and if his records came out today he'd be hailed as the
savior of ambient music. No Lie.

Not only that, he also did some of the classic music for cartoons.
When people start writing the history of Electronic Music he'll be right
up there with Bob Moog, Wendy Carlos, and Morton Subotnick
