<<I think you mean 'House Hallucinates: Pump Up the World' on A&M.>>

Definitely not - the compilation is called "House Hallucinates: Pump Out
London Volume One" (HSEA9002) though there may have been an international
edition. It mixed a bunch of essential classic stuff with a lot of new
stuff. Here's the listing:

SIDE ONE (THE BEGINNING)
1. Sleezy D - I've Lost Control (Space Mix)
2. Phuture - Acid Tracks

SIDE TWO (THE BEGINNING)
3. Jungle Wonz - Time Marches On (Vocal Mix)
4. William S. - I'll Never Let You Go (instr.)
5. Farley Jackmaster Funk - Jack The Bass

SIDE THREE (THE FUTURE)
6. Maurice - This is Acid
7. Liddell Townsell - As Acid Turns
8. Jack Frost - Clap me

SIDE FOUR (THE FUTURE)
9. Mr Lee - Pump Up London (Club Mix)
10. Liddell Townsell - The Groove
11. Phuture - Phuture Will Survive [this is actually "We Are Phuture"]

If you're after classic acid tracks try finding Jack Trax volumes 3-5. Jam
packed with jams. They also did a compilation called Acid House which had
some good Armando stuff on it.

Also, if you're in the UK wait until HMV has one of their sales - the dodgy
sales only product they ship in has a few volumes of some CD versions of the
House Sound of Chicago for about three quid. There's also some 4CD "Best
of..." box sets for a tenner which have loads of classics on (quality is a
little wanting) - there's one called Best of Acid and there's a few more.
I've only got the hip hop one but it had T La Rock's "Its Yours" on it so it
was worth every penny...

A lot of classic Trax stuff has been re-released; try finding volumes one
and two of "The House That Trax Built" and the 10" split singles; the remix
12"s are good but not classic.

I think somebody has mentioned Flux Trax volume one.

Derrick May's "Innovator" collection. Model 500 classics is now out of
print but if you dig around and find a copy its an essential purchase.
