We are fast approaching the release of the first record on Orange, a new label for interesting music based appropriately enough in Orange County, California. It will feature the talents of one Alex Graham also known as Lexaunculpt (let's get this out of the way right now, it is pronounced like Lex-On-Koo). His first record for Isophlux was released this last week and should be turning up in stores soon. Lexaun's record for us will be called The Double Density EP (ORNG001). We are working on a special treat to be included in the first 250 copies or so, something that as far as I know has never been done with a 12" release. Don't mean to sound vague, but I don't want any complaining if we can't pull it off! :) We have several releases lined up to follow from some known characters and a new face or two. If you are interested in sending us a demo we would be thrilled to hear it. I am very much looking for new artists to introduce to the world and join the Orange family. Do we have something special to offer that the other boys don't? Of course! We are sun baked zealots from the gold coast with a laid back attitude, a heavy addiction to fish tacos, and a locals first-hand knowledge of our great OC surf spots. Plus we know all the good places to eat at Disneyland. All formats excepted (except MD!), and please send any submissions you may have to the address below.
