You seem to think that replacing non-RoHS cables by RoHS cables
constitutes an upgrade but the reliability of lead-free solder
is lower rather than higher.

The smallest common cross-sectional area for C13 cables is
0,75 mm˛. Seeing as 1,5 mm˛ wire is commonly used for 16 A
circuits, 0,75 mm˛ should be good for at least 8 A. At 230 V,
that's 1840 W.

Shielded mains cables would be most beneficial to people who
have low amplitude and high impedance signals nearby. Eg
electric guitars. Probably not worth paying for unless you
already have a hum/buzz problem AND it has been shown to come
from the lack of shielding of the mains cables AND it cannot be
solved by simply keeping the signal cables away from the power
cables.

My only suggestion would be to not fix what's not broken and
worry about the next item down the list instead. :-)
