Thanks, and I'm glad you share our sense of humor. We are a turntable/guitar improv duo and have 2 cds available through www.anomalousrecords.com, and should soon have a web page link of sorts at www.syncopated.net/~solenoid ...our recordings should soon be available in mp3 form there. I should warn you that our cd's are incredibly difficult to sit all the way through in a single sitting because of the fast cutup/scratch collage processing going on. I suggest hearing only 4-5 minutes a day, perhaps during breakfast instead of reading the cereal box. Office Products have dug a hole somewhere between Plunderphonics and Otomo Yoshide. I think we are very careful and intentional in our recordings and have recently moved more toward computer editting tools from 3 years of free-improv turntable/guitar/electronics. I am particularly into cartoon voice talent and sound effects and incorporating more Daws Butler and Don Messick syllables, fwiw. Since you share our sense of humor, I recommend that you check out Stock Hausen and Walkman's early stuff and Evolution Control Committee and other EErie Materials label. Also, People Like Us other works are incredible... onnow: "Mr Jinks, Pixie and Dixie" (cdr of 1956 Hanna Barbera record) Solenoid
