. Concept 1:96 Variations cd (M-NUS) Just got the new Concept remix cd. On this one German minimal techno producer Thomas Brinkmann does a fabulous job at remixing all the tracks on Richie Hawtin's recent Concept cd. He adds some nice depth and even a little funk while still retaining the wierd experimental edge. The end result sounds like a mix of the new Plastikman album mixed with some of the more experimental Profan releases by Mike Ink, Sweet Reinhard, Gas, or maybe Jurgen Pappe. Highly recommended.
