It's good that someone else has brought up this topic. Last night I was reading the most recent issue of Obsessive Eye and pondering the overwrought style, so common amongst writers discussing "this music". It would be churlish not to applaud their efforts but I thought Debris was much better at this kind of thing ten years ago. The same bunch of pseudo-philosophers are always cited, as if that magically lends credibility. Music: thanks to CiM for the Electronome recommendation; finally listened to it last night - rather nice. adam
