Same Tony Buck that struck in early incarnations of Otomo's Ground Zero?

I also have to throw in multiple praises for this release & for Doron & Co.
for seeing it through. I hear strong echoes of 'In a Silent Way' era Miles
(not an easy thing to even attempt replication of) up to & including
Herbie's "Sextant", & classic Blue-Note era Hammond-driven slow-burners,
as well as the whole post-disco/techno live-band CD-Side rhythmic
repetition (MM&W, Grassy Knoll, etc...), with just enough reverb & 'mystery
noise' to keep you in a light lull for its duration. A key release for an
already key label, perfect for those alpha-state ascension sessions &
successive Sunday morning (afternoon? evening?) "let's re-aquaint ourselves
w/the earth" exercises. So chill it's borderline criminal... -Våt
