hey does any one of you (prolly from the uk-types) know the significance of
the following pattern? there's that skam/vvm compilation called
"0161"...about manchester and shit. then there's a pirate radio site out of
london called www.0171.com...what's going on here with the whole english
"01_1" system? what does it mean? highways or bills that have passed or
postal codes or what?
