Web is Takuya Sugimoto from Japan. He has five releases
to date including three albums, one cd and one ep. Here's
the info on those releases. I've acutally been hunting for
all the releases below for almost two years but have been
unable to find any of them. The only Web release i have
is the Web: EVA 12" on Fatcat (#1) and that one is nice
melodic detroitesque techno. I also heard the Web track
on teh Pacific State comp that Sean mentions. From what
i remember of that track, it's representative of this other
output. If anybody has a lead on how to get the Syzygy
material please let me know privately.

WEB RELEASES:
. Web: Romance LP (Syzygy/SGY002LP)
. Web: Web Classics LP (Syzygy/SGY005LP)
. Dja-zz: E.V.A. LP (SZY007LP)
. Web: Ivory tower cd (SZY011CD)

BTW: If you like the Web stuff i highly recommend
that you try the Rei Harakami stuff on the Sublime
label. He has an excellent self-titled six-track ep
on Sublime last year that was an excellent blend
of subtle electronica and smooth detroit techno. Rei
also just released a new CD on Sublime called Unrest
Works. It's a little more in the downtempo relaxed
jazz-electronica style but still highly recommended.
