I agree with Lance almost in every word here, except with metropolis
track. I love Metropolis, because of that futurist strings and acid lines
and lazerzapppsss, I can't help it, I am sddicted to their sound.
'Obsessed' and 'Telephone 529' are one of the 1st IDM tracks I've heard,
and still sound so brilliant and I really don't have words to tell more.....
B12 "Electro-Soma" along with Kosmik Kommando's "Freaquensieze"
is my all-time fave, too. I still play this two albums 2-3 times in a month.
Those 2 along with As One's "Celestial Soul' , VeloCette's "Sonorities
By Starlight" , Phenomyna's "Unexplained" and Monomorph's
"Alternative Fluid" are the most playable stuff in my house.
This is really the stuff I listen most frequently and I couldn't imagine
myself without these CDs :-)

np: Mondrin : B12 (definitely one of the best tracks I've ever heard)
