Well, well, well... I appear to have returned! Not that I ever really went away - in fact I've just finished catching up on about 200 IDM-Digests - my eyes are on fire!!! :) Anyway, sorry I haven't been in touch for a while - I promise I'll Email you all individually soon (Lance, Franz, Doug W, etc) > Anyone out there heard these 2 new ones from Reflex? > THE JONES MACHINE You're The One, and CYLOB Lobster Tracks > Just wondering if I should pick them up....I probly will get the Cylob, > seeing as how much I enjoyed 'Rewind' > Thanks, Linda I was rather disappointed with the new CYLOB, as I loved "Rewind" and was expecting more of the same, but the new JONES is ace - "I'm the Disco Dancer" sounds like a Soft Cell 45 played at 33, and the Cylob mix of the first track is very nice too. It's a shame there's only really those 2 songs on there though :( I've been making some music myself, and although not much of it can be classed as IDM, there are a few tracks you might like to check out..."One Summer" is quite a nice classic retro-house/detroit type thang...
