black lung has put out quite a few releases. I beleive black lung is one
half of soma/snog. I beleive a best of 2cd set just came out as well.

the album I heartily recommend is silent weapons for quiet wars. think
dark ambient with idm overtones. I beleive it is availabe on dorobo. I
know it has been licensed to another label as well. Also Ant-zen recently
reissued it as a vinyl picture disc. I awlays thought ant-zen was a power
noise label until I saw this reissue. this album is definitely not power
noise.

other albums (disinformation plague, depopulation bomb etc) have more of a
straight techno feel. Not that familliar with them but what I have heard
has been mildly interesting.
