$299 ..... and people are selling real ones for $1400-plus. Part of me = thinks that vintage prices will crash... but if you look at the electric = guitar world it maybe tells a different story. When far eastern copies = started appearing at 1/5 of the price (or 1/10th) and then Fender etc = started doing look-alike 'relic' re-issues, it didn't do much to lower = the price of the real old original stuff. And Uli's copies aren't visually the same either, unlike many of the = guitars. So all-in-all it's probably the best of both worlds - originals to = cherish & keep at home & record with, Ulis to buy and gig with. (and of course there's the added bonus that using the Uli copies, having = useful things like patch points, MIDI etc., isn't going to wreck the = originals' er... originality.) And in the long run, people who use the copies will one day, if they get = to a stage when they can afford it, often want an original.
