That button looks suspiciously similar to this one:

The data sheet shows that there are different caps available (however
not from this seller).

However, I remember them as not being overly reliable (which would make
them an appropriate replacement ;-) 
When I used one of those some 30 years ago, the mechanical click became
softer over time, which didn't feel good.

And I didn't find anything on contact material in the data sheet, but I
remember them being silver plated, which will tarnish over time. The
very short travel doesn't do much self-cleaning.
