The organizer and only remind/bug/plead/etc so many times.. >you can lead a horse to water... heh...i'm sure that what they wanted to say was: "it takes a boat-load of time and energy to put this together, so make sure that you have someone with no life, tons of patience, no external commitments, no job, etc." and yes, the original idm remix chain nearly fell apart several times, not because of any lack of organization from multsy, but because we all tend to be a bunch of assholes when you put us together in one place and try to decide in some democratic and fair way how to put it all together. it's a lot of work...yes, but the results, this time, turned out to be worth the effort i think. if you all are planning on doing something like this, i would suggest setting up a list like we did on onelist or egroups or something so as not to cause a bunch of extra list traffic. word. brian
