While all the previous recommendations for prime dub listening are very solid, I am shocked that no one mentioned Prince Far I. For a good intro, check out _Dubwise_ on Caroline Rec. And it's only about $11! Can't beat that ... But if you don't believe me, he was one of Adrian Sherwood's favorite artists (who, by the way, remixed _Vanishing Point_ in a dub album called _Echo Dek_, featuring, by sheer coincidence to this post, Prince Far I's vocals). _Echo Dek_ is well worth picking up too (on Creation label).
