Jeff: As I've probably ranted before, this type of business makes all businesses look bad and makes even the legitimate businesses look bad. It's just bad business, plain and simple, to use a promotion to draw people in and then say "oops, we don't have everything we promised". I'm *still* having problems with my computer and the same thing happened to me: I ordered from this computer place because of what they offered; when i got the computer, they had substituted all kinds of parts (lower quality, of course) for what i *should* have been given because that is what i had *paid for*. so i was given a crap modem, a crap hard drive, etc, etc, etc. thankfully people are clueing in to how this cd operator operates. thanks for the warning. andrew duke "~(({[Endemic~Distortion]}))~" wrote: > received today... > <snip> > I am sorry to have to tell you this but the CDs you have not received > from order #0079006, you will not be receiving.
