yeah, but it appears to be getting really shitty distribution. i haven't
seen it anywhere (online or off) since i first snatched it up.

yep... tied with pf4ref and 0161 as my top three comps of the year
(imho... dethofcool is to the 'fungle' scene as priviliged was to the
manchester scene.)
i posted a dragged out review-y bit on it back when it first came out if
you missed it e-mail me.

actually, the sleeve led me to belive that noodles was run by si begg,
christian vogel, and whoever runs no future (also indirectly responsible
for spymania, i think):
"no future in association with Mosquito [Vogel's label] and Cabbage Head
[presumably Begg's label] presents: Noodles"

btw, si begg also records as Buckfunk3000

from what i heard it also has c.vogel, and both seperate halves of wafta
(hardy 'barry pseudonym' finn and martin 'value ape' wood).

anyway, i think this whole cross pollination of 'typical' (if you want to
classify the beggster as typical) techno and 'drill n' bass'(or watever
the kids are calling it) is very good if these 'drill n' bass'ers ever
want to be accepted as music that's more than a few guys with a toy casio
synth and an amen (erm... i think mr. horne said something along these
lines about "drilln'b" when the spunk jazz disscussion was going on.
granty, pick up 'death of cool' and see just what we're talking about)

btw, lance (or anyone else)... have you got a mosqiuto discography?

thanxys
