Hi

The situation is more and more complicated as each day goes by.

Basically Stevo attempted to sell the Scatology and Horse Rotorvator
releases to Thirsty Ear behind our backs without us knowing. We found out
somehow and asked him to explain. We have always contested that we own the
rights to these two releases as we paid for the majority of the recording
costs out of a mixture of our own funds, royalities to Peter from Psychic
TV. We have never had a complete and full accounting of monies made nor
sales figures. Stevo has lied and obscured the facts to suit his own
financial ends ever since there original releases. We had no contract with
Stevo or Some Bizzare, just a one page agreement that we wouldn't go
elsewhere to record in the first few months of being on K422, Some Bizzares
offshoot label, run by Rob Collins .

Now with the US sampling laws tightening it transpires that Thirsty Ear
want to clear any possible sample problems before re-releasing the CDs. We
are NOTco-operating with them because Stevo quite recently re-pressed both
CDs for UK and Europe which earnt him =A328,000 +. He freely admits this an=
d
also admits he owes us =A314,000 and equally as freely admits he cannot or
will not pay this to us. Period. He has spent our money. He is cursed by me.

We already had a lose agreement with Nothing for them to re-issue these
records. With their structure and distribution and given the good nature of
our relationship with Trent and Nothing we will be persuing a Nothing
release when we can clear all this tangled mess up. Stevo will not sign
away the rights he believes he has to these records. He really is a most
pitiful piece of work.

It guts me to think that these two early Coil records are hard to obtain.
But in honest truth I would rather have every copy ever made destroyed and
buried deep underground and never repress them again if there is any
further association between them and Stevo Pearce of Some Bizzare.
