If the jumper is installed in the lower row of JP2-4-6 to the position towards the edge of the pcb bandpass should be selected. Seems that the module came with the jumpers on JP2-4-6 installed for highpass and not for bandpass. Simply remove the jumper and re-install it on JP2-4-6 to the position that matches your requirements (LP or HP or BP or Notch).
