If you still own the faulty case please take a picture of the pc board and send it directly to my email address (xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xx). I'll have to check with the factory what happened. Pay attention that the external supply (wall wart) has to be positioned outside the case in the carton. Now and then we have problems if the supply is positioned inside the case during transportation because then it may damage the parts of the pc board (e.g. electrolytic capacitors, voltage regulators/heat sinks, pin headers).
