Did they design the font themselves then? I can't see any other reason for
it to be trademarked (???).

I don't see what's so cool about flicking through one of those PD disks
with a 1000 fonts on them and going "Blockhead - that's cool" and
"Dolphin-shaped Dingbats - we'll use that for the tracklisting so no-one
can read what they are". Another Job Well Done at tDR.
