The Serge pulse divider runs from /2 to /8. If A4=3D440hz, /3 is 146.6666=E2= =80=A6, which is pretty close to the well-tempered D3. /5 is 88, a little of= f from F2, iirc. I=E2=80=99d like one or two more of them so I=E2=80=99m not= forced to choose between audio and trigger/clock division chores. They must be u= sing a PLL or a counter to get a non-power-of-two interval. In fact, they=E2= =80=99re probably using a counter, because that could provide the standard -= 1/-2 octaves.
