Fans of > the RDJ album and Come to Daddy ep definitely NEED to pick this one up. i need a Capybara with Kyma (or so it goes). otherwise, got this LP a few weeks ago in the mail and thought it was ok but not worth hanging onto. for all you rhetoric-impaired out there, this is the triple vinyl backlog of Bogdan Raczynski (aka super prolific Bogdan from NOiSE) work from about 96 or so i'm guessing since i'm hearing bits of SHAFJV.iT coming through on the fifth or sixth side.. anyway, it's really cool to hear tracked stuff on the same level as the rest of the slickly marketed Cubase shite; and it sounds as if Bogdan has been reworking material through Buzz as well. personally though, i think the biggest detraction is that Boku Mu Warakan suffers greatly from the pattern-sequence repetition. despite a flogging of Lalo Schifrin and japanese Yojimbo type samples, overall you hear alot of familiar bass and beats from serve yourself webpages. it's kinda like you grew up wearing plaid shirts for no good reason, and then everybody starts wearing more expensive plaid shirts. last track on the LP is a pretty nice and moody number, and here's hoping that this is a bit of a teaser for what's yet to hit/come/impregnate with the 3rd full-length album..
