Shake is a guy who toiled in undeserved obscurity for years -- he did lots of uncredited production and engineering work on all kinds of records on KMS, Transmat, Metroplex and UR. He's also a _very_ exciting DJ, if you ever get a chance to see him spin out. He was a huge _direct_ influence on Claude Young -- Shake was Claude's DJ "instructor" in his early years. -d.w.
