I've been to the last three years of NAMM. Definitely bring earplugs, snacks and water...food in the hall is terrible. Lots of restaurants not far away but expect long lines with NAMM and Disney fans. I didn't get ticket this year because I goofed my paperwork...They think I'm a musician this year and they don't want those, I've gone as a workshop teacher before. All the meet ups are in LA for synth guys. The big event were all my synth friends go to is the BLK_NOISE concert, this year is the 10th anniversary with Richard Devine, Ital Tek, Surachai and my buddy Anthony Baladino. Highly recommended for synth/industrial/electronic music fans. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3DRDJIgFNUxbQ https://www.facebook.com/events/2303950949833954/ Talking with a bunch of the Eurorack manufacturers this year NAMM will be lacking a lot of those manufacturers. They are planning to join the Burbank Synthplex show that's being setup in March. Eurorack and synth manufacturers are looking to turn that into the new Knobcon west.
