Well, they've never done the noisy thing, or
incorporated noise and distortion into anything
they've done. There are many, many takes and
nuances in those directions they haven't touched.

For people purportedly exploring every genre (of
dance) they still have a very distinct slant on
what they do, and my impression is their approach
to tracks is much of a muchness. I guess the
incorporation of live instruments recently is a
change in that.

Stil, my impression is that if you substitute
rhythm sections (and tempos) between the various
styles, the actual music is often pretty
interchangeable. NB. _often_, I'm not saying
that's always the case.
