(idm) Japanese translations

Here is something I wrote for the 313 list, when
AO asked for translation of the "From the 21st"
liner notes:

Here are the liner notes:

"Coming from the underside of Detroit USA, MR. Jeff Mills he brings us
the beautiful insides of the dance techno. Many excellent sounds he makes!
He has the know-how of funk, and he use it wisely! Many years since he
has the production of the techno tracks, and we love him muchly. And he
has the expert hands for the spinning of the record player. Hey! Enjoy you
the disco sound that he makes!"

Or maybe my japanese is a little rusty.
