20 Vision is referring to the 20:20 Vision stable of
artists. The track "Akira" which you have on the
Sonar 98 4-pack is taken from a release on the
Minifunk label. Here is the info on that release:

. 20:20 Vision presents: Sex Food 12" (Minifunk)
By: Carl Finlow, Ralph Lawson, & Domenic Capello
Tracks: Sex Food (20/20 Mix )
                    Mod Beats
                    Yojimbo
                    Akira

20/20 Vision, the label, is a great label if you're into
deep dubby loungy disco & house. 20/20 also
ventures into the realms of techno and a bit of
electro but for the most part they're known for
their floor-friendly deep house sounds. The 20/20
Vision label is run by Carl Finlow, Ralph Lawson,
and Huggy Bear.
