anyone got a review or a few words about the yui cd on bmb.con or what the hell ever? the one in the odd foam packaging? also, i read with interest the recent thread about non-music listening; did anyone mention i.s.o.'s self-titled CD on alcohol? quite amazing improvisations from otomo yoshihide (tuntables), sachiko m. (sine waves), and ichiraku something-or-other (electronics); should appeal to people who like the bleep-bleep-waffle-scrunch-hiss thing. definitely one of the more listenable improvisational things i've come across - it's coherent without being structured. it develops. i'm in love with it, dad, and if you can't handle it i'll move out and get my own place. anyone know if the somatic responses CD+12" on hymen are out yet? i've been digging on their deadly systems 12" (not really IDM) and re-digging their uncivilized world release (IDMish) lately. thump thump thump thump thump - OLE~! -b. -- radio: [ http://listen.to/treblequake ] reviews: [ http://www.homestead.com/spleens/ ] that thing upstairs is not my mother. ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com
