The kairo ep I have is on astralwerks/caroline. I looked all over it, and even carefully inspected the runout grooves, and see no mention of reflective, so I guess reflective must have initially planned on putting it out and then somehow it got switched to astralwerks? And it is from '95, so it sounds like the same release.
