is it just me or does it seem that all the more hardcore than thou people
tend to come out each and every time someone well respected in the idm
circles gains some airplay? Are we all to hate RDJ now cuz he is getting
MTV airplay? Crystal Method, Prodigy, Chemical Brothers, Photek, and quite
a few other bands have seen the same fate, once respected by some people,
then they become this huge MTV hit and everyon turns on them. THis is not
to rehash discussion about such bands, nor to discuss the quality of their
music. It just seems that many who deserve respect suddenly become our
targets for abuse as soon as they become popular. Granted there are many
artists who are selling out for the cash, but listening to Roni, even with
his "edited" mtv hit does not give me any impression of such

Well call me a mainstream titanic lover I guess because I still love Roni
Size :). How dare an artist ever make music that someone would actually
like. I mean damn, all artists should just make crap that everyone hates
so they would remain elite and hardcore. If you could open your mind a
little bit you may find that there are some very good mainstream releases.
. take radiohead for example, a great album that is loved by those
mainstream titanic lovers such as myself.

I am very happy that the more mainstream (alternative) radio stations are
playing some better music, that way I dont have to listen to sam the
matchbox 20 and Pearl Jam that has infected the airwaves. Hey, Roni, Wu,
RDJ, and many other IDM artists may not have taken over the radio just yet,
but I am not one to complain about a great song being played once in a
while, for those times that im stuck at work with no disks and only the
radio to keep me company

exaclty, hating music just because of its popularity is just as ignorant as
loving music just because of its popularity. So I call myself the
mainstreeam titanic lover to make a point when you are actually much closer
to them than myself, becasue you, much like the mainstream, remains close
minded, willing to judge music based on it level of populairty. You may
consider yourself more elite simply becasue you HATE music due to its
popularity, but it is still close minded judgements.

Where is this track found? I heard snippits of it and would love to hear
the entire track. Gotta love them Busta Rhymes videos (even if some of the
tracks are not that great IMHO)
