yep, i certainly have to second lance's recommendation. funny, because i'm
sure i popped the disc in when it first arrived & i didn't think i liked
it... but on reflection, it's really, really nice. i especially like the
fact that it doesn't wear its production on its sleeve -- a subtle
combination of digital and analog (or "organic" as some will insist upon
calling it), it's neither all glitch nor pure guitar-drone, though there are
certainly elements of both. lovely, spacious bell-tone shimmer.

it's funny, because it's been a long time since i heard any ambient i
really, really liked. i wish there were more stuff out there like this (and
parmentier), that managed to create new spaces in ambient music rather than
treading the ol' isolationist drone-scape.
