>Was wondering if anyone had more information on Skull (T Jackson). His/her >work has appeared on several compilations that I've acquired and for the >most part has been wonderful. (_Macro Dub Infection 1_ and _MDI 2_, _DJ >Vadim presents Sculptured and Broken Sound_) I was hoping that someone might be able to point me towards more >works by this person that is in this dark dub vein. >Thanks. He is in fact Underdog, as people have been vaguely suggesting. He has a track on the first Headz comp as Skull, which is excellent, but mostly he does work under the name Underdog. He produced the Brotherhoods' LP, and has release a couple of comps of breaks called 'The Attic Tapes' lately, although these releases are probably more hip-hoppy and less dub influenced. His 'proper' hip-hop tracks are okay, but generally they're not super-original. The Skull stuff I've heard has been more interesting... > Same goes with the new Buckfunk 3000 12". Is the the one called '3000'? Could you give a short review? I picked up Planet Shock Future Rock and that was excellent. Now I'm waiting on the LP (due early '98)...
