At the des I can plug them into the inserts at the desks patchbay (which again is much too small). I first feared, that it would be annoying to bend down to the patchbays, but in fact, I do not change the connections very often. The advantage is that you do not have cable hanging around in front of your devices. Nevertheless I will change that and build a central patchbay (16 rows), which also provides the inputs/outputs of the HD-24 and the tape send/returns of the desk. Florian
