Hello analog experts. I=E2=80=99m watching this film called =E2=80=9CWake Up and Kill=E2=80=9D = (1966) https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0061049/reference =E2=80=A6 and already at 3:49 I see a jazz band playing in a nightclub = with a keyboard that looks like an Emulator. It has a sloped top with a = small flat-topped section like a dormer window. I thought it was the = disk drive from the Emulator, but it=E2=80=99s on the wrong side - not = to mention that it=E2=80=99s over a decade too early for an Emulator! I don=E2=80=99t know whether Ennio actually appeared in the movie as the = jazz band=E2=80=99s keyboardist, but he is credited with the soundtrack. = I assume it=E2=80=99s at least possible that it might be one of his = keyboards. Assuming nobody has easy access to this early poliziesco film, perhaps = an easier question to answer would be, =E2=80=9CWhat synths were = available in 1966 that had something looking like a disk drive bump on = the right of the upper panel?" Man, every time I turn around, there=E2=80=99s another interesting = Italian synth that I never heard about before. Brian
