hi there.

alex xenophon (of bassland) vs. beat generation in the courtyard at the
beautiful santora building on saturday, may first, nine pm to one am.
low key and free, but donations are highly thought of and gratefully
accepted. neutral grounds coffee open during construction.

also, monthly area-wide art open house begins at seven.
santora, empire, grand central and more! many fine studios and
galleries open for browsing!
come down early to check out the great art. stay with us to check out
the music and boogie.

directions:
from south oc:
take the 5 north.
exit 1st/4th, taking the left hand land exit for 1st street.
turn right on first at the end of the exit.
turn right on sycamore, just after main. 
there are parking lots to your right, in front and on the left, plus
metered parking on the street.

from north oc or la:
5 south.
exit 17th/main, turning right on 17th.
left on broadway.
left on 3rd. parking is as above, situated on third and sycamore.

for west oc, and you don't want to trek to the 22 or 405 just to go out
of your way, just go to bolsa. head east.
it turns into first. make a left on sycamore. parking is as above.

the arts complex is between 3rd and sycamore 1st and broadway. head for
the brick buildings. there is an entrance to the courtyard through the
small parking lot, or you can go down sycamore or broadway to the wide
brick walkway on 2nd between the grand central and 
santora buildings.
