I've got AllSop repair kit.. 

which is the same exact thing.. I think probably the same thing is made by a
bunch of different brands, similar to cd cleaners, and tape head cleaners,
and tapes for that matter :)

but you don't rub it in circles...

when you're talking about cd's you don't do ANYTHING in circles unless you
wanna funk up your cd..

you rub in and out, from the center of the cd outward at any given point,
but NOT circular.
