The weird thing is, this all corresponds closely enough with my CD, and yes definitely the friends, lovers & family track is missing, but the bedouin ascent track is not 7:40 as you specify (and which is approximately what is listed on the CD cover) but in fact 9:50. *Very* weird - continuity-wise, the 9:50 track on my CD is unbroken, nothing extra seems to have been added. So how come your mix is shorter? Another weird thing: what's the length of that 12-track CD of yours? 'Coz it's gotta be about 79:30 by my reckoning, which is the longest CD I know of! Certainly with a "full length" version of the bedouin ascent track (which is great by the way, up to kingsuk biswas' usual standards), we'd be over the limit for a CD... so perhaps they got the wrong mix of that track and couldn't fit everything else on? Hmm. So, Wezz: what's the friends, lovers & family track like then? Worth my searching out a copy of the proper disk? And also, does the bedouin ascent sound like it's been cut in some way? The longer mix starts quite ambientish, the beats only kick in a little later (maybe a minute or so in)...
